Lunar Meteorite

Here is a great individual fragment of a lunar meteorite. It features a great juxtaposition of a large white clast on one end and grey grassy fill and smaller clasts on the other. The white clast is pure moon rock and the grey is a glassy mass created on impact. It is uncut. Classified as NWA 12279 a Lunar feldspar breccia. It weighs 1.448 grams and it’s longest dimension is roughly .8 inches.  Only 1830 grams ever found! Acquired from M. Stream and includes his COA. This comes in a rectangle gem box that measures 2 by 1.25 inches.
